[Domestic Timber] Stamp Case Set Reimagining the Scene of Steam Trains Transporting Timber from a Century Ago

Design Drawing inspiration from "scenes of steam trains transporting timber a century ago," we've recreated the moment a train passes through a tunnel, symbolizing the concept of a time tunnel. This allows users to feel the echoes of history and the convenience of modern times as they interact with the product. The magnetic direct-push design, with its buckle structure and chimney-like shape, not only facilitates easy storage and retrieval of the stamp but also enhances the product's practicality and charm. While redesigning the stamp case, we also re-examined common stamp-related issues, particularly the difficulty in distinguishing between the front and back. To solve this, we've added a curved surface to the front of the stamp, making it easy for users to identify its orientation. This design not only improves the user experience but also enhances the product's functionality and aesthetic appeal. Materials The tunnel body is crafted from mahogany, the locomotive from Taiwanese cypress (Hinoki cypress or red cypress), the chimney from carbonized Acacia wood, and the engineering car carrying the stamp body is made from Taiwanese cypress (Hinoki cypress or red cypress). You are free to choose the stamp body that best suits your preference. Philosophy The selection of Taiwanese domestic timber not only reflects our appreciation and utilization of local resources but also embodies our commitment to environmental protection. Compared to imported timber, using domestic wood significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with cross-ocean transportation, contributing to global carbon reduction efforts. Simultaneously, supporting the development of domestic timber promotes the sustainable management of Taiwan's forestry and stimulates economic growth in mountain communities.
