**Age Requirements:** 12 years and above. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. Children under 6 are not permitted in the store due to safety concerns. Children aged 6-11 require one adult companion per child.

• Please arrive on time. Entry is best 10 minutes prior to your session.
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Complimentary water, unsweetened green tea, and instant coffee are available.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be notified three days in advance. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Same-day rescheduling incurs a 20% service fee.
• Rescheduling is permitted once only.
• Seating is not provided; a resting area is available.
• In-store equipment is for baking use only. Sharing desserts by directly eating from the same utensil is strictly forbidden.
• Seating arrangements will be made by staff based on availability (customers from the same booking will be seated together).
