This TanLan JKT is our latest upcycled product, inspired by TanLan culture of school uniform in 90s Japanese bad boys. The fabric is 80s Japan vintage, airy light and soft Tsumugi silk Kimono reformed into this jacket. Forklore styled geometric pattern all over, different indigo blue Kimono fabric crashes on the inner collar. Pleasantly light, perfect for all seasons. One-of-a-kind. Every single UMUI item has their ingenious works in various corners of the items such as sleeves, front inner, collars, the pattern matching, balances and patch working. Those tiny efforts to save the material is our speciality. UMUI’ gift wrapping/box/packaging are all recyclable materials We aim to be human+eco-friendly for this project.
