Natural stones may have internal impurities (inclusions), which are unavoidable. If this is a concern, we advise against purchase. However, NOW products will always eliminate any impurities that extend to the surface of the natural stone. **Care & Storage** For natural gemstone and metal jewelry, it is not recommended to wear them while bathing in hot springs or showering. Chemicals can easily cause chemical reactions with the jewelry. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and bleach. Please also refrain from storing jewelry in bathrooms or kitchens, as this can accelerate oxidation. For sterling silver or gold jewelry, when not wearing, try to minimize exposure to moisture and air. Clean with a soft dry cloth or the provided polishing cloth, then store in a PVC zip-lock bag. Each piece of jewelry should be stored separately to prevent scratches from collision with other jewelry or hard objects.
