The Story of Chimchiminey ~Chimchiminey. story~
Have you ever wondered if there might be creatures in this world living lives similar to humans?
Perhaps a hidden world quietly exists, living right beside us.
This is that story.
Chimchiminey, a chimney-shaped creature with a smiling face.
Its occupation is a chimney sweep.
Its job is to clean the soot from chimneys.
And then there's Hesoguma, a bear with a belly button.
Its job is to assist the chimney sweep.
Chimchiminey and Hesoguma are very good friends.
On their days off, they enjoy their lives by gathering mushrooms and berries, taking walks with their forest friends, and baking sweets.
Occasionally, they sneak into the human world to snatch sweets or play pranks.
Watching them from afar is the One-Eyed Monster!
The Tear Monster. It looks scary, but it's very kind.
It feeds on human sadness.
It tries to cheer up those who are sad and crying by giving them delicious sweets and bread.
And then there are characters like Hesoguruma (a sloth with a belly button) and Hesoneko (a cat with a belly button) that make subtle appearances.
These creations are all themed around such a small, small world where they live.
