1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" from the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your selection.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
