Casual shoes are packaged in a shoebox; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creasing during logistics delivery are unavoidable. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color across different areas of the skin or depending on the season (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings; actual colors should prevail.
