1. Upon placing your order, an "E-Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving choice.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. As course materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
