Please provide photos and confirm the pet's posture first so that we can estimate the price and time. ・Please provide clear photos from the front, side, back, and top view. It would be better if you can provide more photos. It is best to have photos taken at a similar time to avoid any differences (such as weight gain or loss). If the photos provided are from different periods and result in differences in production and the work has already been coloured, the designer has the right not to make changes or to make changes and charge an additional fee. ・If your pet has any characteristics that you would like to see reflected in your work, please indicate this. ・After the work is completed, the finished photos will be sent to you. If any modification is required, please submit it within 24 hours of receiving the photos. However, wood carving is a process of removing the volume of wood, and only limited and minor modifications can be made. If part of the volume has been removed, it cannot be modified. In addition, there will be slight color difference if you make modifications after the color is applied and then re-color it. If you want to make modifications, you need to accept this color difference. **/// Order Instructions///** ・The work will focus on the characteristics of pets, without emphasizing realism. The work will have the personal style and characteristics of the creator. If you want to commission a work, please confirm that you can accept the creator's style. ・Each work is individually handmade and will take a long time to produce. If you need to receive it by a specific date, please indicate it first and we will evaluate it. ・Since the product is a custom product, if you apply for a refund before the production starts after placing the order, a fee of NT$500 will be charged as consultation and refund processing fee, which will be refunded after deducting the remaining balance. If you apply for a refund after production has started after placing an order, the designer has the right to refuse the refund. If a refund is requested, only half of the product price and shipping costs can be refunded, and unfinished works will not be shipped. If you apply for a return after the product has been shipped, the designer has the right to refuse the return. Please note that the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to customized products.
