Even if it is colored, the wood grain will still be slightly revealed, retaining the original wood texture. ・The size is basically based on the longest side being about 10 cm. If you have other needs, we can discuss them separately. **/// Production process///** ・The product amount may vary according to demand. Please provide photos and confirm the pet's posture first so that the price and time can be easily evaluated. ・Please provide clear front, side, back, top view and other angles for photos. It would be better if you can provide more photos to refill. It is best if the photos are taken at the same time to avoid differences (such as fatness or thinness). If there are differences in production due to photos provided from different periods and the work has been colored, the designer has the right not to make modifications or to charge additional fees for modifications. ・If your pet has characteristics that you would like to see reflected in the work, please leave a note. ・After the work is completed, the completed photos will be sent. If modifications are needed, please submit them within 24 hours after receiving the photos. However, wood carving is a production process in which the volume of the wood is removed, and only limited and small modifications can be made. If the volume has been removed, it cannot be modified. In addition, there will be a slight color difference due to modifications after the color is applied, and you need to accept this color difference if you want to modify it. **///Customization instructions///** ・The works will focus on the characteristics of pets, not emphasizing reality. The works will have the creator's personal style and characteristics. If you want to commission, please make sure you can accept the creator's style. ・Each work is handmade independently and will take a long time to produce. If you need to receive it on a specific date, please indicate it first and we will evaluate it again. ・Since the product is a custom-made product, if you apply for a refund after placing the order before production begins, NT$500 will be deducted as a consultation and refund processing fee, and the balance will be refunded to you after deducting the balance. If you apply for a refund after the order has been placed and production has started, the designer has the right to refuse the refund. If the refund is made, only half of the product and shipping costs will be refunded, and unfinished works will not be sent. If you apply for a return after the product has been shipped, the designer has the right to refuse the return. Please note that the seven-day waiting period does not apply to customized products.
