1. Once payment and booking are successful, the instructor will reserve their schedule for your hypnosis session. Please do not cancel last minute, as this causes difficulties for the instructor and prevents us from assigning the time to others who have been specifically set aside to serve you.
2. If you need to change your appointment, you must notify the instructor at least 2 days in advance so they can rearrange the schedule and accommodate others in your original time slot. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
3. Please be online and ready ten minutes before the scheduled time. If you are going to be late, you must call to inform us (the instructor does not check mobile messages frequently). We will wait for you for ten minutes. If you arrive within ten minutes, no extra fees will be charged. If you are more than ten minutes late, the session time will be considered as having started.
4. Once the appointment is paid for, fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you attend online or not. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
5. Services are time-based. Billing begins at the scheduled time. Please be punctual to your online session. If you are late, we cannot extend the end time.
