▎Ordering instructions
▪︎In response to environmental protection, we do not provide knives, plates, and tableware for free.
▪︎A 6-inch cake can serve about 6-8 people
▪︎Frozen transportation requires a fixed shipping fee of 180 yuan. We use Black Cat Delivery Service which is closed on Sundays, so we cannot ship and arrive on Sundays.
▪︎When placing an order, please indicate the date you want the goods to arrive. If there is no specified date, we will arrange shipment approximately 2-5 days after the order is placed (excluding holidays and the day of order placement).
▪︎ If you have a certain time of arrival, we recommend that you advance the arrival date 1 to 2 days to prevent delays in freight delivery.
▪︎The products are made with fresh ingredients and are handmade. No preservatives are added. If there is a slight oxidation color difference and the shape of the photo is different, it is normal. Please make sure it is acceptable before placing an order. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be provided after placing the order. (Except for errors in product manufacturing, packaging or handling), we apologize for this.
▪︎If you want to change the pickup date, please inform us five days in advance (including the pickup date). Date changes will not be accepted after this time.
▪︎If the product you receive is damaged, defective or otherwise, please contact us within 48 hours after the product arrives, leaving it as is and attaching photos of the product.

Frozen storage: Best tasting period is 1 week
Refrigerated storage: Best tasting period is 2 days
▎Taste suggestions
Freeze and defrost for about 1 hour or until the cake is soft and ready to eat.
Heating and eating (frozen state):

Preheat the oven to 165°C and bake for about 15 minutes, or until you like the texture.
▪︎Microwave heating (softer texture)
Heating time on medium heat is about 1-1.5 minutes
