● Different courses may be held at the same time. The course can start smoothly if the total number of students on the day reaches 3.
● Please bring your own basic wool felting tools or purchase them on behalf of others. Other tools are available for loan on site: small scissors, awl, beading needles, glue
●Students can bring their own boxes to pack their works. It is normal for small hairs to form due to friction and they can be trimmed with small scissors.
●Everyone’s speed of completion is different. Please follow the teacher’s steps. The method will be taught in detail in class, and you can take the details home to refine them.
●To maintain the quality, please try to avoid being late and affecting other students’ interests.**We do not accept auditing, visiting, accompanying, or co-producing a work**.
●Agree that the organizer of the event may have the need for side-view photography and that event records may be exposed on online platforms.
●**For wet felting classes, please arrive at the classroom 15-30 minutes before class to prepare.**
●**No further notice will be given before class**, please remember the time and place by yourself.
【Course Cancellation Rules】
Cancelled by classmates
●To maintain the quality of teaching and the interests of other students,**no refunds will be given regardless of the reason**.
●Students are allowed to cancel the course once.**If they cancel again, the materials package will be sent directly instead**.
●Cancellation time:
15 days before the class date: Fees can be retained and applied to any other course (the difference can be paid).
Cancellation within 14 days before the class date (inclusive): $600*total number of classes will be deducted from the reserved amount.
Cancellation within 3 days before the class date (inclusive): 50% of the course fee will be deducted from the reserved amount, and the materials package will be sent instead.
Cancellation on the day of class:**No fees**will be retained and the materials package will be sent instead.
●If you are late or leave early for more than 1/3 of the total class time, it will be considered an absence and you**be denied**. Please notify us in advance to cancel.
●If all consecutive classes are cancelled, the first day's class time will prevail.
● If you need to make up for the missed lessons during the consecutive courses, the fee will be charged on an hourly basis ($200/hr).
●Due to the large number of courses and irregular schedules, please make reservations by private messaging on the social platform.**We will not proactively notify you of make-up classes**.
●All cancellation times will be calculated based on the time when the student contacts customer service.
Cancellation due to other reasons
●If the organizer cancels the course, students will be contacted to postpone or refund the course.
●If classes are cancelled due to a natural disaster (such as a typhoon) at either your place of residence or your course location, the**will be cancelled and**full refund will be given.
