This course is a foundational black tea brewing class. For beginners with no prior tea knowledge, we recommend completing the [**Foundational Tea Knowledge Course**] first. This class is for those who, after gaining a basic understanding of tea, wish to delve deeper into black tea and appreciate different varieties. Please note, this course focuses specifically on **estate black teas from the Indian Darjeeling region**.

1. Establishing the concept and background of Darjeeling estate black teas
2. Identifying estate tea certifications, Darjeeling's terroir, and differences in craftsmanship styles
3. Darjeeling tea craftsmanship and harvesting
This is a **special experience course for Darjeeling black tea**. It will be offered regularly in a cyclical manner. **The specific teas featured for tasting will be updated based on special solar terms and tea production seasons**, complementing the foundational courses for each tea category.
