・Capacity: 6-10 participants per session (Minimum enrollment: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, gift bag
・Location: 5F, No. 524, Mingcheng 2nd Road, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City (xiabenhow Kaohsiung Workshop)
・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the workshop is next to "睦MARS Maker Space." Go straight through the door and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Supplementary Education Institutions," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid companions are not permitted to attend or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes complimentary self-serve lemon black tea and tropical fruit tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
