Embossed Name * Choose from the following 8 options. * If not specified, Chinese characters will be in "Kai Ti" font, and English will be in "Apple Chancery" font. * You can also create your own design and send it as a JPG or BMP file after contacting the designer for discussion. * Please note that embossed text may be less visible on darker leather. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, our studio uses simple paper bag packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 12. Return & Refund Policy * For customers who have not selected customization, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Items with embossed text are considered custom orders and are not eligible for returns. * If no color preference is specified in advance, returns based on "dislike of color combination" will not be accepted after receipt. * Refunds requested "before shipment" will be processed in full. * For "domestic orders" requesting a refund "after shipment," a shipping fee of NT$60 will be deducted. The refund amount will be the total order value minus NT$60. This excludes free shipping orders and international orders. 13. Care Instructions * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area (avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not seal in moisture, and avoid placing it in humid areas like kitchens or bathrooms). * Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire piece. 14. Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitching and cut dimensions are expected and are not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of the pieces with a transparent edge finish to maintain the natural leather color and prevent fading over time. * Leather may exhibit natural markings such as grain patterns, wrinkles, spots, scars, or identification marks. Our studio incorporates these elements into the design to enhance the uniqueness of each piece, so their presence does not constitute a defect. If you prefer to avoid these features, please note this in the "Remarks" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * Natural leather may shed a small amount of fine fibers on the reverse side due to friction, which is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. * Water stains on leather are normal after contact with water and will fade when air-dried in a well-ventilated area. * The color of the leather will darken over time with use and personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 15.
