We recommend receiving it one or two days before the celebration. Refrigerate the cake the day before the celebration to thaw completely. Q: Can I pick up at convenience stores? Cakes piped with sweet potato will not have lettering options and color/design choices will be limited to the natural sweet potato color. [Main Cake Body Ingredients] * For Dogs: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds * For Cats: Meat + Minced Dried Fish + Chia Seeds * If there are no allergens, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by pets of either species. * The meat base will be filled into the mold to the specified amount. [Color Schemes and Designs] * Piped decorations are colored using natural fruit and vegetable powders. * When ordering, please specify your desired design and color scheme in the remarks section (if no remarks are made, we will create a random combination). Cookie decorations are randomly paired. * As different designers have varying sensitivities to color tones, we offer color theme selections only. The depth of color within a theme will be determined by the designer. [Thawing Instructions] * We recommend refrigerating the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If still frozen, allow it to thaw at room temperature or use the microwave on a low setting. Consume within 2 days. * Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some condensation is normal during this process. * For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap border will be used around the cake during shipping. Please remove this bubble wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. * When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the surface from drying out and cracking due to direct exposure to cold air. [Shelf Life] * When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15 days or in the refrigerator for 3 days. [About Sugar Figures] * Sugar figures can only be added to cake purchases; they are not sold separately. * Sugar figures are custom-made based on the pet's appearance and fur color, with our signature cute and cartoonish style. * Sugar figures are made from fondant, which is composed of a high sugar content and is not recommended for pets to consume. * Upon receiving, you can place sugar figures at room temperature to temper. They may feel sticky due to moisture; they will gradually return to a dry state over time. * Storage: Once dry, store sugar figures in a cool, dry place.
