We value its relaxed, natural texture, which develops into a beautiful "patina" over time rather than "deterioration." As our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which can look like small "unraveled" spots. While these are unavoidable due to the nature of the old machinery, we make every effort to minimize them. Our factory conducts thorough inspections, and we carefully select fabric placement during cutting. If an imperfection is found, we use it in less conspicuous areas. However, due to the inherent characteristics of the machinery, eliminating them completely is not possible.
