Gin Monogatari
I think that people and the metal silver have been involved in various ways throughout history.
People have been fascinated by its beautiful shine from ancient times to the present,
It blends naturally into people's lives and daily lives.
It has a beautiful shine, but gradually changes into a calm expression.
I think it's moving to think that this duality also captures people's hearts.
Thinking about Gin Monogatari...
It might be a good idea to look at yourself now.
This time, I made a simple silver hammered ring.
I thought that I hadn't posted the 2mm ring that is the base of the work series "Everyday Stories" as a work, so I decided to post it this time.
I think it's a very versatile ring that can be worn alone or layered.

~Metals used~
"Silver 925"
Silver 925 (also known as sterling silver) is 92.5% silver mixed with other metals such as copper. 100% pure silver is not durable enough for use as an accessory, so 925 is often used for silver in accessories. Another feature is that 925 silver is rarely sold to the general public. Like brass, silver can turn black or yellow due to the components in the air and become "sulfurized," so it will be easier to maintain its shine if you wipe it after contact with water or sweat, or keep it away from air during daily storage. You can remove the blackening by polishing with silver polish, but silver polish contains abrasives, so you need to be careful not to polish too much or damage the natural stone.
The most important thing to be careful of is bathing in a hot spring. If you bathe in a hot spring, the sulfur and other substances may cause the silver to turn black and you may not be able to polish it, so please avoid bathing in a hot spring while wearing silver products.
