Add natural, chemical-free detergent to water. 2. Soak for 10-20 minutes. 3. Gently press up and down with your hands; avoid rubbing or wringing. 4. Rinse with cold water and press with a dry towel to absorb moisture. Can be ironed at low temperature with a cloth barrier.
