【Course Introduction】
Using the common currencies of various countries in the early days as materials, the coins are remade into ornaments through methods such as decomposition, forging, and twisting.
The totems on the coins record information about cultural history, craftsmanship and technology. You can learn about a country from a small coin, and learn more about the context behind the culture by wearing it daily.

【Course Content】
◆Understanding and selecting coin texture.
◆Select coins and discuss production methods.
◆Annealing, forging, shaping and detail polishing operations.
◆Introduction to tools and equipment and metal twisting techniques.
◆Operation: Sawing, annealing, twisting, bending, shaping, polishing.
◆Explanation on jewelry maintenance.
【Time and Number of People】
◆Daily reservation time periods: 14:00~17:00/17:30~20:30.
◆If you would like to make an appointment for other time periods, please contact us by private message and we can plan a course for you.
◆The experience lasts about 3 hours and the work can be completed on the same day
◆The course is small class teaching, with a maximum of four people per session
◆Cooperate with Swinhoe to provide one cup of afternoon tea drink on the day (limited to 60 yuan drink discount)
◆You can discuss the styles you want to make with the instructor on site. The shapes and graphics can be freely designed.
◆Coins will be prepared on site for selection on the day, or you can bring your own coins to make them (there is no additional charge for coin selection)

【Experience Target】
◆The recommended age is 12 years old or above.
◆No metalworking experience required.
◆Fire will be used during the experience. If students do not want to come into contact with fire, the instructor can assist them.

The Swinhoe space includes a private cafe, consignment sales of creators' works, and collaborative teaching workshops.
HOU'S personal studio is located on the second floor of the Swinhou Space, inviting different metalwork creators to integrate and use the space.

The currency is made of white copper, which is not easy to oxidize and is very easy to maintain.

◆ Participation is limited to those who have purchased the course. Those who have not purchased the course are not allowed to accompany the admission and participate.
◆Afternoon tea drinks are provided during the course, and a 60 yuan discount on drinks on the Swinhoe menu is available. If you don't use the coupon on the day, you can exchange it for the next purchase at Swinhou.
◆ In order to maintain a good experience for other participants, admission will be opened 10 minutes before the event. In order for the course to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. If you are late for more than 20 minutes, you will not be allowed to enter and no refund will be given.
