▶ Ticketing Policy
1. Upon order placement, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance as materials need to be prepared after order payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified receipt. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
