To protect the rights of both parties, if a cancellation is requested due to personal reasons after payment, please notify us at least 10 days prior to the event. A 10% processing fee of the course cost will be charged for cancellations made more than 10 days before the event date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the event.
