. Classes are by appointment only. Please indicate your preferred date and time in the order notes. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your booking.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your experience for entry.
. Materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two participants.
. Cancellations due to customer's personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Date changes can be made up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling are subject to a 30% service fee.
