After placing your order, please message the design studio. The artist will discuss the artwork details with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos, and discuss the desired size and background for your painting. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available at adjusted prices. For a strong focus on your pet, a solid color background is suggested. You're also welcome to message the artist first to discuss your needs before placing an order! 2. Once confirmed, the painting process begins. Completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please allow for this. 3. Upon completion, the artist will send a photo of the finished piece for your review and discuss any necessary adjustments. Significant revisions may incur additional fees. 4. After any modifications, the artist will sign the corner, and the artwork will be prepared for shipping. Due to the nature of oil paints, the artwork needs to dry, typically taking one to two weeks after completion before it can be packaged and sent.
