If I cannot find them, I'll just have to fish. Casting my line into this great universe, I'll fish. Oh, I've caught something! - - - - - ◎Poytococe and India In Aisho Town, Shiga Prefecture, where our shop is located, many foreign residents work. Among them were Barrack, an engineer from India, and Wai, from Vietnam. We learned that cotton cultivation has a long history in India, boasting world-class production. Poytococe, who creates embroidered accessories, and Barrack, who wishes to share Indian culture in Japan, began collaborating on product development using Indian cotton in 2023. With Barrack's help, we connected with a sewing factory in India. Despite the challenges of communicating in broken English and navigating cultural differences, Poytococe tackled it all with a smile! Through numerous meetings via video calls and emails, our Indian cotton items were born. The Indian cotton series features items specially ordered from an Indian sewing factory, each then individually embroidered in our Shiga workshop. We hope you enjoy the simple texture of Indian cotton, which is both thick and soft, combined with our subtly amusing, unique embroidery. Materials: Main body... Cotton Embroidery...
