Use cold water or a neutral lotion or shampoo (with a little detergent, soak it in water) and wash it by hand. Excessive sputum may cause the wool to be felted. After washing, use a towel to slightly dry the water, or use a laundry net bag, slowly dehydrate for 1 minute, then lay it flat until it is ventilated and dry naturally.
