It is pure natural and non-toxic. It is also a kind of Chinese herbal medicine. The metal is made of 99.9 pure tin, which is safe and non-toxic and has high ductility. It is a material used by many craftsmen and designers, such as tin utensils, decanters, etc. It is said to have the effect of purifying water. The technique we experienced, called Cuttlebone Casting, is an ancient metal casting technique in the seventh century. From the experience of this workshop, we learned about the basic metal casting process and production method. The event location is a private gallery (Z Study) in the Zhongxin Market in Taichung. It is a secret base where artists and creators are invited to share resources from time to time. Objects/ Children over the age of six can participate, and the creators who understand the technology will guide and accompany them throughout the process. It is both fun and safe for teaching. Start drawing the design and prepare to carve it on the cuttlefish bone. (about 40 minutes) ↓ 3. Use a brush to clean the cuttlefish bone, and then proceed to the casting process after confirmation.
