Stir-fried Gai Lan and Beef Postcard
1. Marinate the beef: Combine the marinade ingredients with the beef, stir until absorbed, and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Prepare all other ingredients and set aside.
3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add the Gai lan, a little water, and a teaspoon of rice wine. Stir-fry over high heat until 80-90% cooked, season, and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a separate wok. Once hot, sauté sliced garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry over high heat. When about 90% cooked, add the prepared Gai lan, simmer briefly to reduce the sauce, and it's ready.
