Stir fried Gai lan and Beef
1. Marinated beef: Add the marinade to the beef and stir until absorbed, then marinate for half an hour to one hour.
2. Prepare the ingredients for later use.
3. After sauteing the garlic paste, add kale, a little water, and a teaspoon of rice wine, stir-fry on high heat until it is 80 or 90 minutes cooked, seasoning and serving.
4. In a separate oil pan, add garlic slices to fragrant after the pan is heated, then add the marinated beef slices and stir-fry on high heat. When about ninety minutes of ripeness, add the fried kale, simmer and collect the juice.
