As these are handmade, we aim for a comfortable fit, generally leaving about 1cm of slack. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please specify in your order notes. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after a period of wear. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the cord frays or breaks during wear, we offer free re-stringing (you will only need to cover round-trip shipping fees). ● If the cord becomes worn after extended wear and requires replacement, a service fee of $100 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees. ● If you wish to replace spacers or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping fees (replacement of main charms or special accessories will be quoted separately based on the design). Precautions: ● Natural gemstones may exhibit internal characteristics such as ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral deficiencies, or composite minerals, all of which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the physical product. ● Measurement methods may result in an error margin of 1-2cm, which is within normal and unavoidable limits. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle it gently, avoid forceful pulling, and prevent collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while bathing or submerging it in water. For activities like sports or swimming, please remove your crystal accessories to prevent damage from chemicals to accessories and crystals. ● When precious metal accessories come into contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat, oxidation and darkening may occur over time, which is a normal reaction. ● Our K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. When using them, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can be maintained for several months, or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● Due to different handling methods or pulling, the cord on crystal bracelets may sometimes become visible. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
