Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique lines and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These marks are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production; these are considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid them unless they are significant flaws. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items but possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, deepen in color, and gain a sheen, gradually presenting a unique appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying dye absorption. Colors from previous orders will not be identical to subsequent ones. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is a **"made-to-order custom product."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at the time of order, it is understood that you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "custom products" do not have an appreciation period. Returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.) are not accepted.
