Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique grain patterns and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, the leather may also acquire minor indentations or scratches. As long as the leather surface is not broken, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider carefully if you are concerned.
