● Choose Your Design → Our artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding participants through the joy of experiencing traditional craftsmanship. The workshop includes engraving; English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (certain designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to Measure for a Gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (sewing thread) to wrap around the wrist where the item will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit. Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Compare this measurement to our size chart.
● Inform store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at our store after the item is completed.

**Workshops can commence with just one participant and are strictly by appointment only.**
● For your rights and benefits, any request to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop registration must be made at least three days prior to the class.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Participants may opt to transfer the fee to another product or workshop.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are also accepted (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples. This helps prevent delays and ensures everyone's rights are respected.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials for the workshop. The artisan will first demonstrate and then guide each step of the process.
If a participant's actions deviate from the instructions, leading to irreparable damage to the finished product, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● Workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on design complexity. You can take your finished piece home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required for entry due to the ongoing pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the artisan's safety instructions for equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on the scheduled workshop date, based on personal safety considerations, classes will be suspended in accordance with government advisories and rescheduled for a later date.
