Please do not add or subtract any allowance. Due to the handmade nature, we aim for the most suitable size, leaving approximately 1cm of slack. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note this in your order. ❤️ ●●The cord is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after a period of wear. Regular cord replacement is a form of maintenance for your bracelet.●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet unravels or breaks due to wear, we will re-string it for free (you will only be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees). ● If the cord becomes worn and you wish to replace it after extended wear, a re-stringing fee of $100 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and labor fee of $200 NTD will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Please try to avoid scratching the surface during wear. ● Due to different handling methods or pulling, the cord may occasionally become visible within the crystal bracelet. Simply arrange the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
