If you require flawless pieces, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing. Secondly, each batch of natural stones carries its own distinct essence. Even within the same type of gemstone, variations arise from different mining locations and extraction times. Unless you are specifically choosing treated or colored stones, we can only aim for resemblance, not exact replication, of the beads shown in the photographs. We hope for your understanding. Thirdly, we kindly request that you allow approximately two weeks for both the creation and delivery of your piece. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to us beforehand to discuss your needs. Fourthly, please measure your wrist circumference accurately.
