【Getting Here】
1. For Tainan locals: You can cycle or drive. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. Look for the sign that says "Zhuxi Village" under the large tree. Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the Handcrafting Poetry sign. (Avoid the riverside path in front; while the pink flowering maple trees are beautiful). For parking, there's a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors: From the train station, a taxi ride takes about 10 minutes. If taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right next to the large tree). If arriving by the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. Alight at Yanping Junwang Ci Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fu Lian Road, and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted to participate and occupy seats to ensure the comfort and safety of all participants. Unregistered guests are not allowed to join the experience.
4. In handcrafting workshops, one person cannot share materials with another.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and then repurchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the session; late arrivals may impact your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the event as per policy).
9. During the experience, Handcrafting Poetry may take photos of the event. These photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page or Instagram "Handcrafting Poetry" event pages after the activity. These images, which may include your likeness, may be used for event recaps or other promotional purposes. Participants are welcome to download any photos featuring themselves. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor upon arrival, and they will make arrangements to avoid capturing your image.
【Refund Policy】
1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., Typhoon warnings leading to class cancellations), Handcrafting Poetry will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter any inconvenience, we recommend contacting the instructor to reschedule, limited to one reschedule).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please verify the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, we only offer the option to pay for additional items or differences; no refunds will be processed.
