Pour-Over Extraction Course Content:
1. A deep dive into the six key elements of extraction.
2. Practical application and testing of extraction parameters.
3. An overview and introduction to pour-over brewing equipment.
4. The impact of green beans, roasting, and brewing on the final cup.
5. Understanding the influence of solids content at different stages of extraction.

Pour-Over: 1 session | Latte Art Coffee: 1 session | Total: 2 sessions (Each session is 2 hours long). You can schedule them on separate dates!

The listed price is per person.

• After payment, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee will be charged to cover incurred costs. As the designer needs to prepare materials ten days in advance, refunds or exchanges are not permitted within ten days prior to the event.
• If you need to reschedule, please cancel your existing booking and make a new purchase. Rescheduling is not permitted within ten days prior to the event.
• Participation is limited to ticket holders. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or participate.
• To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and no refund will be issued.
• In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), the organizer will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds.
• If classes are canceled due to force majeure events, the organizer will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or refunds. In the event of a typhoon, the closure standards announced for the event's location will be used as the basis for class operation and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
