Italian latte art coffee course content:
1. Understanding, demonstration and practical operation of semi-automatic coffee machines
2. Espresso extraction process
3. Teaching demonstration of filling and pressing coffee powder
4. Milk froth making teaching demonstration
5. Milk foam fusion exercise
6. Latte pattern practice
Contents of hand extraction course:
1. Targeting the extraction of 6 major elements
2. Extraction parameter setting and implementation test
3. Introduction to hand-brewed coffee equipment
4. Influence of various aspects of green bean roasting and extraction
5. Influence of solid content at each stage of extraction
