Cancellation method
If the notice is canceled 7 days before the start of the class (not including the day of the start of the class), the money will be refunded after deducting the handling fee, which varies according to the payment method.
50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled 6 days to 4 days before the start of the course (excluding the day of the course start).
Cancellations will not be accepted from 3 days before the start of the course to the same day, and no refund will be made.
How to change the date
The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the start of the class (excluding the departure date). But the change is limited to one time.
If there is a price difference after the change, the overcharge will be refunded and the underpayment will be made up.
Events that have been rescheduled cannot be canceled.
Date changes are not accepted between 3 days before and within the same day as the class starts.
