Title: "Kehai"
Size: S0, 180 x 180 x 20 (thickness) mm
Technique: Japanese paper, chalk powder, water-based paint, mineral paint, vitreous clay, ink on panel
Weight: Approximately 150g
Sent in a handmade box.
A wooden panel is primed, a base washi paper is attached, and the original washi paper is attached.
On top of that, chalk powder and mineral paint for the base are mixed and the base is applied 3 to 5 times.
Finally, the outline is drawn with ink.
Masking is done using a technique called rim lid, and each part is primed with water-based paint to decide the color.
In between, foil is applied, artificial mud is mixed, pigments are mixed, and mineral paint is used to color it. It is difficult to tell from the image, but the colors are layered many times, so I think you will enjoy the complex colors.
It is a one-of-a-kind item.
You can display it as soon as you receive it.
