Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction, it is likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, causing redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring material is not always the sole cause. We recommend getting an "allergen screening" at a hospital for a clearer understanding of the cause and to protect both parties' rights. Since we started making jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Can they be converted later? What is the cost? A: Yes, they can be 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Ear Posts to Clip-ons (Free)" "Clip-ons to Ear Posts (Free)" Simply send the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ If return postage or cash is not included, we will not ship the item back to you!! Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic is not currently capable of producing such intricate items. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday life (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs! ----------------------------------------- Q: How long after placing an order will it be shipped? A: (Production & Shipping) Monday to Friday (No Shipping) Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays As we participate in markets and events, and the post office is closed on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
