＊Anti-epidemic measures for peace of mind
・Cooperate with the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law of the Health Bureau, if you have traveled abroad or transited in the past, or have been in contact with suspected or confirmed cases of severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19), please undergo entry quarantine 3 (home quarantine) + 4 (self-prevention).
・Before entering the classroom, please cooperate with alcohol disinfection and measure body temperature. If the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, you will not be able to enter. Please go home and rest. We will assist in transferring classes.

Registration Notes
・After the order is placed and the bill is completed, the purchase details are the proof of registration completion, and no paper proof of ticket purchase will be sent.
・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be regarded as unsuccessfully registered. Once the class is full, the enrollment will be stopped immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be recognized on the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after the payment is completed, you can go to the Chuxinyuan fan page 3 days in advance, or contact us by calling (02) 2790-6767. The rules are as follows:

＊ Notes on rescheduling
・Notify 3 days (inclusive) before the class date, rescheduling is limited to one time only.
(Restrict the number of sessions within 2 months after the restriction, and take the initiative to inform the session, if not informed, it will be deemed as a waiver).
For the class on the day, because the teacher's materials and venue layout have been prepared, refunds and postponements will not be accepted on the day of the class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have waived.
・If the class is suspended due to the epidemic command center, we will assist in transferring classes or refund the full amount.
・In order to protect the rights and interests of other students in class, those who are late for 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have abstained.
・Please contact us for a refund and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・The pre-class notice will be sent two days before the class. Please be sure to fill in the correct email contact information to avoid receiving it. If you do not receive the class notice, it may be due to the system blocking the letter. You can come directly to us and no additional phone calls will be made.
・Only those who are 7 years old or older can apply.
・Participation is limited to those who have purchased a ticket. Those who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to accompany and participate in the venue.
・If the number of applicants for the session does not reach 5 three days before the start date of the event, Chu Xin Yuan has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the session or get a full refund.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Chuxinyuan will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
・Please enter the class on time. In order to make the class go smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
・Masks are worn throughout the course.
・Beverages and food are not allowed in the classroom.
・Video recording is not allowed without the instructor's consent.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers.
・The course will be side-shot by the organizer according to the demand, and uploaded to the Chuxinyuan community.
・In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for course records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes.
・If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the scene, we will pay attention and make special arrangements.

＊Cancellation should be done 10 days before the class date (excluding the event day); the handling fee is 15% of the course amount
