We preserve your pet's fur within wood and resin, meticulously hand-sanding and artfully coloring the materials. Different types of wood are selected to complement fur colors, while the resin captures the clarity of your pet's eyes. Upload 3-4 photos clearly showing your pet's eye and fur color to the designer for consultation and customization details via private message. B. Confirm your order. C. After order confirmation, the designer will provide the studio address. Please mail the pet hair at your own expense within 7 days and notify the designer with the tracking number for confirmation. D. Pet hair packaging guidelines: Approximately the size of a 10-yuan coin. Please seal it securely in a ziplock bag. (*Any unused hair will be returned with your order.) E. We will notify you immediately upon receiving your package. Production and shipping will take 20 business days from the date of receipt. *For international orders outside of Taiwan, please use "International Mail." Thank you for your support and appreciation! _______________ *Care Instructions for Your Creation: ● To protect the resin surface, please place your creation on a soft cloth or store it in a box. ● To maintain the wood's gentle luster, we use no varnish; only our handmade beeswax is applied. Please remove your creation before showering or contact with water. ● For the wood surface, use the provided beeswax for maintenance. Apply a small, rice-sized amount and rub evenly with a soft cloth. For the resin surface, simply wipe clean with a dry, soft cloth. It is recommended to perform maintenance once every one to two weeks, or before and after each wear. ● Store your creation in a cool, dry place, away from humidity or prolonged direct sunlight.
