# 🍃 [Taiwanese Specialty Teas × Sensory Evaluation] Small Group Interactive Workshop
### One Table × One Cup of Tea × One Mini Adventure
> Understanding a cup of tea involves not just your tongue, but also your eyes, nose, mind, and courage!
Do you know the difference between Bi Luo Chun, Bao Zhong, and Dong Ding Oolong?
Have you ever tasted a tea and couldn't describe if it was "floral" or "fruity"?
This class won't overwhelm you with tea theory or require memorization of processes. Instead, it will:
💥 Let you **learn through play**, 💡 **remember through doing**, and 👅 **understand the secrets of each sip with your five senses**!
## 🌟 What Makes This Class Special?
This isn't a traditional "listen to the teacher" class. It's:
✔ An interactive workshop where you'll **identify by hand**, **guess teas blind**, and **solve process puzzles**.
✔ A full sensory experience engaging your eyes, nose, mouth, and mind.
✔ A mission-based learning experience that feels like playing an adventure game rather than attending a class!
Best of all – **classes can start with just 1 to 6 people**. You can come alone or bring friends and family.
## 🧭 What Will We Do?
This 90-minute class is divided into two main parts:
### 🎯 Part 1 | Specialty Tea Mission Quests
🔍 **Mission 1: Dry Leaf Identification**
You'll examine 6 types of dry tea leaves and try to identify today's stars based solely on their appearance.
🧩 **Mission 2: Process Puzzle**
From "killing the green," "withering," "rolling," "fermentation," "drying," and "piling," select the key processes for each tea and arrange them in the correct order.
🧠 **Mission 3: Quick Quiz Cards**
Draw a "test your skills" card, such as: "Does the process of making black tea include killing the green?" or "What is the most distinctive step in making yellow tea?"
### 🎯 Part 2 | Sensory Evaluation Trio
Drinking tea is more than just "drinking"; it's about "observing" and "describing."
In this segment, we'll train your **observation skills, sense of smell, and ability to describe taste**!
👁️ **Step 1: Observe Tea Liquor Color**
The instructor will prepare 6 cups of brewed tea (from the light green of green tea to the amber of black tea). You'll arrange them by color from lightest to darkest and record your observations.
👃 **Step 2: Smell the Aroma**
Close your eyes and take turns smelling the aroma bottles – is it floral? Fruity? Nutty? Or honey-like?
Use the "Mini Flavor Wheel Card" to match and circle the scents you perceive.
👅 **Step 3: Blind Tea Tasting**
Taste the teas labeled A / B / C, guess their type, and write down two words to describe them (e.g., "aroma like baked cookies," "a lingering sweetness after drinking").
## 📘 Everyone Will Receive a "Quest Passport"
Inside, you'll find:
✨ A Mini Flavor Wheel (scent vocabulary reference)
✨ A mini tea evaluation record sheet
This is your personal record book for your tea world adventure!
## 🏆 A Surprise Upon Completion
✔ Upon completing the missions, you'll receive **the instructor's private tea blend** to take home!
