Q1” How do you evaluate which size to use?

However, because the bone density and weight of each dog are different, the amount of ashes produced after cremation will vary. For the exact weight, it is recommended to ask the pet funeral industry for a more accurate estimate.

Q2” Is it okay to keep the bones?
Because the bones of pets are different from the cremation process, it is recommended to ask the pet funeral industry for more accuracy.

Q3” What should I do if the ashes capacity exceeds the limit and cannot be stored?
Maybe your pet is thin and has heavy bones, or the desiccant is large, so you can choose not to put it in and just put it in a dry place. You can also consider making it into other accessories as a souvenir. Due to hygiene considerations, products cannot be returned or exchanged after sale. Please understand and consider this.

Q4” What is your experience?
The following is a forwarding of everyone’s experience. For about 10% of pets, who are thin and light in weight but have heavy ashes, it is recommended to choose a larger jar.



Q5” What should I do if I am not sure about the amount of ashes?
The thinner the furry pet that weighs more than 10 kilograms, the higher the uncertainty. A safer approach is to cremate the body first, ask the funeral service if they provide paper jars, and then place an order after confirming the gram weight.

The photos developed from Polaroid will have the following differences from the original photos:

3. If not specified, the designer will assess whether it is suitable for vertical or horizontal format, basically centered on the pet, and printed according to the original image size.

Q1. How long can the string lights be turned on? How long is the life span?
This electromagnetic induction cooker is used for about 10 hours and will not get hot if used continuously.
But after all, it is a consumable electronic product. If it is turned on for a long time, the bulb will easily burn out. A humid environment and pulling on the wires may shorten its lifespan.

Q2. What should I do if the light is broken? Could you help me get a new one?
A damaged one will be replaced within 7 days of receipt. However, due to the handmade design, the switch is fixed and is not easy to replace.
A. For floor lamps, the rotation angle of each base and lamp is different, so they may not be directly replaced. You need to find another place to place them.
B. Customers need to string the lights together by themselves, and the switch should be placed behind the work in the glass cover.

Q3. What is the customer feedback?
Currently, about 10 of these have been sold.
Customer A reported: "It was used for a long time and for half a year. The solenoid had to be replaced frequently. It broke after half a year."
