⚠️ Important Ticketing and Experience Notes (Please read carefully before purchasing)
To ensure the quality of the experience for every participant and to facilitate material preparation, your purchase and reservation signify your agreement to the following terms:
【Cancellations & Refunds】
Due to the advance preparation of exclusive materials (such as wooden or metal components and specific yarn colors), cancellations and refunds are not accepted after a workshop reservation is confirmed.
【Rescheduling & Postponement Policy】
Notification 7 Days in Advance: If you need to change your date for any reason, please contact the design studio at least 7 days prior to your selected experience date.
One Complimentary Postponement: For rescheduling required within one week (7 days) of the experience date, we offer one complimentary postponement. You may reschedule to another available session within 2 months from the original course date.
Forfeiture After Expiry: If you do not complete the rescheduling reservation within 2 months, or if you are unable to attend even after the complimentary postponement, your original order will be considered forfeited and a new order will be required.
【Lateness & Same-Day Cancellations】
Same-day cancellations or arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, as it impacts subsequent sessions and the rights of other participants. Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided; a new order will be required.
【Post-Workshop Finishing Service】
To ensure everyone can complete their masterpiece, the studio generously allows an additional 30 minutes of buffer time for participants to finish their creations. If the work is still incomplete on the day, you may arrange another time with the instructor to return to the studio for "finishing touches" at no additional charge.
