Workshop Refund and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure course quality and material preparation, all sessions are by appointment. After registration, the following rules apply:
1. Cancellations made the day before the class are eligible for a full refund or one reschedule.
2. Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows are not eligible for a refund due to material and seat reservation, but rescheduling is permitted.
3. Once the class has begun, no refunds will be issued.
In case of natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other major unforeseen circumstances, we will assist in arranging a rescheduled class.
