Workshop Refund and Rescheduling Policy
To ensure course quality and material preparation, this workshop operates on a reservation basis. After registration, the following rules apply:
1. Cancellations made the day before the class are eligible for a full refund or one reschedule.
2. Cancellations on the day of the class or no-shows are not eligible for refunds due to material and seat reservations, but rescheduling is permitted.
3. Once the workshop has begun, no refunds will be issued.
In case of natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other major force majeure events, rescheduling assistance will be provided.
