Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, there should be no issues with allergies. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it might be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" at a hospital for a more accurate diagnosis, which clarifies the specific cause and protects both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Can they be modified later? What are the costs? A: Yes, they can be modified 😊 We provide basic after-sales service. "Ear studs to clip-ons (Free)" "Clip-ons to ear studs (Free)" Simply send the item to be modified back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ We will not ship the modified item if the return postage or cash is not included!! Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Currently, acrylic technology cannot produce such intricate designs. All our pieces are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof adhesive after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for daily life (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or hot spring bathing. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (as we are at local markets). Since we operate at markets and events, and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
