1. Cancellation of reservations is not accepted from 7 days before the departure date to the same day.
2. If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please be sure to contact us 7 days in advance. Changes are limited to 1 time. Fees will not be refunded for temporary cancellations and unexcused no-shows. Please forgive me.
3. If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
|Course participation|
1. To ensure that you enjoy the complete course process, it is recommended to arrive 5 to 10 minutes in advance or to report on time. If you exceed 15 minutes, your reservation will be deemed to be cancelled.
2. Side shots will be taken during the course for brand recording or publicity purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform us on site. Students are also welcome to take photos and record themselves during the course.
3. Because debris will be generated during the metal polishing and repair process in the course, work aprons will be provided to students on the day, and it is recommended to wear light clothing.
