Durian Ice Cream
Material:
- D24 Durian Puree 200g
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 50g condensed milk
Practice:
1. Defrost durian puree and blend until smooth.
2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
3. Mix durian puree, fresh cream and condensed milk until well combined.
4. Pour into a container and freeze for more than 4 hours.
Durian Glutinous Rice Cake
Material:
- D24 Durian Puree 150g
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 30g sugar
- shredded coconut
Practice:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour, coconut milk and sugar into a batter and steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
2. Divide the steamed glutinous rice dough into small portions and fill them with durian puree.
3. Roll in shredded coconut and serve.
Durian Cheesecake
Material:
- D24 Durian Puree 200g
- Cream cheese 250g
- 80g sugar
- 2 eggs
- Digestive biscuits 100g
- 50g butter
Practice:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits, mix with melted butter, spread on the bottom of the cake pan and press firmly.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add in durian puree and mix well.
3. Add eggs and continue beating until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for 40 minutes.
5. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
