If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult with the designer before placing your order. Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require the item sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Jewelry processed through our factory requires a longer timeframe. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and engraving services, among others. Items priced at or above NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2000 require an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will come with a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental consciousness, multiple items purchased together will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items that include a box will still receive one). Care Instructions 1. For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, we recommend removing it before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe gently with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth.
