Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring posts and hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in the market. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they will not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells may easily repel metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the earring post material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for clarification, which will also protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Can they be converted later? What's the cost? A: Yes, you can! 😊 We offer basic after-sales service: "Earring Posts to Ear Clips (Free)" "Ear Clips to Earring Posts (Free)" Simply mail the item you wish to convert back to us, along with $35 NTD for return postage or cash. ⚠️ If you do not include the return postage or cash, we will not be able to ship the item back to you. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic does not currently allow for the creation of such intricate designs. All our items are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday use (meaning you don't need to worry about humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (No Shipping - we are at markets) As we participate in markets and other events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, we ship items between Monday and Friday.
